Quantum Jumpin’ Workplace

This 19-minute TEDx talk by the founder/CEO of Mindvalley Publishing—the company that produced and marketed the Quantum Jump program with Burt Goldman—engaged me on numerous levels, and since I found it so interesting I thought you might as well. (Video at end of post.)

I’ve mentioned the Quantum Jump technique for changing your reality on this blog before; it’s a good skill to hone for ‘manifestation’ success in this quantum field of ours. This visualization technique guides you to enter the situation you want to experience, as opposed to basically daydreaming about a new house, car, mate, or whatever… thereby building strong ‘attraction magnetics’ between you and your desire. The significance of this ability (simple to learn; takes discipline to practice) is on the increase as we move into realms of higher frequencies, where FLOW becomes spontaneous! Put another way: Instant Karma… so mental control is a 101 skill to master. Note to self. :)

Why am I posting a video of Vishen Lakhiani, the visionary CEO behind Mindvalley? Not because I’m getting any perks for doing so—beyond the pleasure I get from sharing interesting finds with you, that is. I actually imagined Mindvalley to be a modest little start-up in the Pacific Northwest… with a handful of employees processing orders. I was way off.

This tour of Mindvalley corporate headquarters brought me back to my own early high-tech career, which involved “alternative” corporate cultures, populated wall-to-wall with 20-somethings who basically lived together in the creative, competitive, deadline-intense universe of software development. This company makes those early glimmerings of “the new workplace” seem almost prehistoric.

I’ve also published and produced “human potential” books and programs… another tie-in to Vishen’s world. I still keep an eye on all the publishers and content producers of this genre… which is what spurred me to watch this video.

Lastly, I’m an entrepreneur at heart who’s organized many events for visionary soloists and entrepreneurs to come together and share their juice. So I found what came toward the end of this presentation particularly evocative. How did this guy do all this??? He’s an evolved leader, it would seem. It kinda tickles me that his name—Vishen—sounds so much like vision! Almost as though his destiny was encoded in his name (in English, at any rate ;).
