There is an ancient Chinese curse that runs, “May you live in interesting times.” We are certainly living in interesting times—the time of Ascension—and it often feels like a curse. The physical, mental and emotional symptoms of Ascension can be debilitating for long periods. The anxiety, pressure and sense of always being on edge can feel overwhelming.
At such times I have cursed the Ascension process and wished I were back in the good old world of 3D. There is no way back. There’s only the next day, the next wave of ever-higher energy, the next insoluble problem to be solved. To escape the curse of Ascension, it helps to know some home truths about it:
1. Ascension isn’t pretty
Spiritual growth. Getting our angel wings. Tuning in to the messages of the heart. It all sounds lovely. Ascension has you lying on the floor howling in pain. Driving in your car screaming with rage. Everything collapsing around you; the loss of dear friends; the need to distance oneself from family…
Ascension changes you from a caterpillar into a butterfly. This, too, sounds lovely—except that, in its cocoon, the caterpillar melts into a primal soup with no recognizable DNA. Continue reading

I’ve been looking into Lisa Renee’s material again, since hearing her recent interview with James Gilliland, and am sharing something I consider valuable to take on board from her website. I don’t know when it was written… but she’s of the “big shift at the end of 2017” persuasion, so this covers a lot of detail about that – detail that can sometimes get challenging to take in. I broke up a lot of paragraphs to perhaps make assimilation a bit easier, and added graphics.
I’ll just come out and say that I’m feeling “all kinds of peculiar” going on; don’t know if it’s just me (possible) or if there’s something bigger going on that’s affecting others (probably; likely absolutely).
Something has suddenly ramped up at warp speed… it can feel harder to hold on, which is manifesting in all manner of subtle and overt forms of freak-out. Old, maybe even ancient & karmic “contents under pressure” seem to be blowing, impacting humanity psychically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Look around; what do you see?
What follows may be “gold” for some, while some will feel it’s not for them. I suggest the more intentioned reader set aside some quiet time to focus on this, because it is a deep dive.

The pinnacle of the Ascension Cycle marks the end of the 3D collective timelines on the earth. As the planet is moving into higher frequencies that are located in a future time-space, it is shifting the planetary consciousness into a future dimensional octave. This skips the entire planetary consciousness field, therefore the collective human consciousness, into future timelines that resonate with much higher dimensional frequencies.
Many of us on the ascension timeline have already transcended these lower dimensional timelines. What is important to discern is that this is a planetary event that is impacting everyone on the earth and beyond.

My ride has been quite the opposite over recent weeks, but I just got a bit of breeze in my sails in the form of a recorded conversation between ECETI’s James Gilliland and one of the first “ascension guides,” Lisa Renee – who rarely appears or speaks in public anymore, but when she does it’s always of interest to me to hear what she has to say.

Lisa came to my awareness in the early years of the millennium when she started releasing a newsletter called Lifting Your Veil, which concerned my two primary themes: ascension and kundalini. Her kundalini activated right around the same time mine did (late 90’s) … when she was a young and not particularly aspiring accountant in southern California.
She had rough time of it when her K activated, which I share to inform readers who might be eager to experience “kundalini bliss” – her hair fell out; skin became plagued with cysts; partner left; family turned their backs on her; she and her dog alternated between living in her car and “couch surfing” with anyone who took them in… and she became a galactic (Sirian) contactee who received etheric biotech enhancements as well as loads of intense information that she began sharing with others.
